At BOOX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your E-Ink experience. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Securely pack your BOOX device in its original packaging, including all stylus pens, cables, and documentation provided.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
